Monk Fruit is all-natural sugar substitute that has a toffee-ish fruit flavor making it a great honey substitute. Our monk fruit doesn’t contain any fillers resulting in full potency of the Luo Han Guo Fruit in which it comes from. Approximately one teaspoon of monk fruit powder equates to the sweetness of 1 cup of sugar.
In addition, Monk fruit powder contains an abundance of mogrosides (an antioxidant) which is responsible for its concentrated sweet flavor. It’s considered a safe choice for diabetics since it doesn’t have the same affect on blood sugar levels as more traditional sweeteners.
Add It To: Smoothies, Tea, Coffee, Breakfast Cereal, Yogurt, French Toast, Baked Goods and much more!
Average Serving: ~1/8 teaspoon.
